Hi! I'm Dominika
Over the past decade, I've been immersed in learning, leadership, employee experience, and culture consultancy for major tech companies. Witnessing firsthand how these organisations prioritise the employee experience has been OK.
There is still skepticism around Coaching, with some dismissing it as mere talk and lacking tangible results. Many mistakenly equate it with routine managerial tasks, missing out on its transformative potential.
In my coaching practice, I can see the life-altering powers of coaching through naturally resourceful clients. Leadership Coaching with Dominika is designed to debunk skepticism, deliver measurable results, showcase Coaching’s transformative value, and empower individuals to share its genuine impact.
I am based in Valle del Tietar, Ávila, Spain, and offer Coaching and Leadership Workshops in-person and online.
